Zaper AI — Executive Summary

$300K Bridge Round | February 2026

Overview

Zaper Inc. is a Delaware C-Corp (HQ: Austin, TX; strategic office: Dubai) building practical AI for construction and facilities management. We give the blue-collar workforce an easy, AI-guided work app while turning real-time field data into structured, actionable intelligence for the enterprise—addressing a $1.46T TAM with $26.68B growth by 2032.

This document summarizes the opportunity for a $300K bridge round to fund the next 8 months to series Round raise (target Q3 2026).

Problem & Solution

Problem

Site–office information is broken: manual, asynchronous, error-prone, and untraceable. Consequences include ~90% of projects over budget, ~30% delayed, a 500K-worker labor shortfall by 2026, and 5–7% annual cost creep.

Solution

Zaper AI is an AI-guided field app that lets workers report in their own language (with speech translation), uses face recognition for check-in, and digitizes images and spatial context. The same data powers job scheduling, QHSE & audit, inspection management, petty cash, document vaults, and productivity tracking—delivering validated, real-time information that was previously unavailable.

Proof

In a live deployment with an MEP contractor (500+ workers, 9 projects), we demonstrated 16.53% savings in manpower cost in one month—~1.3% improvement in project margins—with 5.15 hours saved per worker weekly and measurable gains in admin and supervisor efficiency.

Traction & Pipeline

  • $75.2K ARR (converted), 3 live customers, 1M+ field reports in 4 months since launch.
  • 5 channel partners across UAE, Oman, Qatar, and the US.
  • $4.5M+ total pipeline: enterprise sales in near closing stage, plus OEM / white-label discussions for the US market. Pipeline details shared under NDA.
  • US federal-level work: Active engagement on serious US inspection and compliance use cases (inspection management, standards-based reporting, audit trails)—demonstrating fit for regulated, high-stakes environments without naming specific programs.

Market & Business Model

Initial markets

United States and Middle East (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi, Kuwait, Bahrain). Construction and facilities management represent 13M+ field workers and a $260B+ market by 2030 in our focus segments; field management, labor cost, and reporting account for 10–12% of that—~$30B—with AI-driven optimization potential of 10–15% (~$4.5B) with Zaper's current feature set.

Revenue streams

Enterprise sales (50–60% margin, $50K+ ACV); OEM / white-label and API partnerships (70–80% margin); blue-collar fintech (salary advance, loans, remittance—90% margin); self-serve SMB app (90% margin). Target mix: ~40% enterprise, ~35% partnerships, ~10% fintech, ~10% SMB.
